Kaitlyn Feiock, MPH
Kaitlyn Feiock, MPH, has supported SVC, now HMA Medicaid Market Solutions (HMA MMS), with health policy analysis around Affordable Care Act (ACA) implementation since 2010.
She has been instrumental in completing comprehensive analysis of ACA related federal regulations and guidance to identify policy options and requirements for the operation of a Health Insurance Exchange, Medicaid expansion, 1115 demonstration waivers, Essential Health Benefits, and Alternative Benefit Plan requirements. As a part of this analysis, Ms. Feiock has developed and administered an ACA training for the state of South Carolina that included the new ACA provisions that may impact Medicaid and provided a comprehensive review of MAGI eligibility.
In addition, Ms. Feiock led the analysis of the Essential Health Benefits requirements and options for Indiana, led Indiana’s transition from a 209(b) to a 1634 state, including the development of training and consumer facing materials. She also supported the drafting of the Indiana Navigator Manual training content for the commercial market and Medicaid that was implemented as part of Indiana’s commercial market.
Since 2014, she has been a key resource in drafting and reviewing operational processes and consumer materials and developing internal and consumer facing training materials for Indiana’s HIP 2.0 demonstration. She received her Master of Public Health from the Indiana University School of Medicine in 2012.
